JumpStart Project

The JumpStart provides you a block of consulting hours from JumpMind to complete the following:

1. Understand the problem domain – We’ll spend time with you understanding what you want to accomplish, the timeframe in which you needed it completed, and the resources you have to get it done.
2. Provide an overview of the SymmetricDS product – We’ll provide a condensed training session on the product and its features.  We’ll also provide an overview of the steps needed to implement.
3. Design the SymmetricDS implementation – We’ll work with you to design the SymmetricDS implementation including database design, SymmetricDS configuration, infrastructure and deployment.
4. Understand any custom development needed – Most situations don’t require custom development.  However, if you have unique requirements for functionality or enhancements, we’ll understand those requirements, outline each of them, and provide a high level design for the best way to complete them.
5. Create an implementation plan and estimate – Whether you a completing the implementation yourself, or you want some help, our implementation plan and estimates can be the basis of your project plan for the SymmetricDS implementation.  We’ll help you understand the tasks needed, how they should be sequenced, what work is involved in each, and the skillsets needed to complete them.  You’ll have a complete understanding of what needs done for an on time, on budget implementation.
