Metl Support is an annual subscription that gives you access to product experts who can address your issues to overcome technical challenges, answer questions, fix defects in the software, and request additional features. The subscription price is determined by the level of support and the number of issues per year. There are two levels of Production Support available:

  • Standard - support via email and web; available during business hours; 6-hours or less response for priority-1 issues
  • Enterprise - support via email, web, and phone; available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; 2-hours or less response for priority-1 issues
